Bookings with Lee at The Cheshire Tattoo Studio are now open – but please read the info below before you book: • Just a quick reminder — if you've checked our availability online, please use the online booking system to secure your appointment. Calling the studio won't speed things up, especially if you've already seen that the time slot is available. Simply pop your details in, pay the deposit, and you're all set! It keeps things running smoothly on our end and makes sure your booking is confirmed without delay. • One client per booking – if more than one person wants a piercing, each person must book their own slot. • No entourages, please– we’re a busy, working studio, so we kindly ask that you don’t bring extra people to your appointment. • Under 16? You must be accompanied by an adult. • Minimum piercing charge: £15. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major cards – including American Express. • Need to reschedule? Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. For anyone who can’t book online, message the studio directly – we’ll provide bank details for deposit payment. **No deposit = no appointment.** Let’s get you booked in and one step closer to that perfect new piercing! Zero photography or videoing while in the piercing room. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to rebook. Your original booking deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required when rebooking. This ensures we have enough time to carry out your piercing safely, clean and prepare the room, and remain on schedule for the next client.
Cancellation Policy
Piercing Studio Policy All deposits are strictly non refundable. Your deposit will be lost if you fail to attend your appointment, arrive too late for us to safely complete the procedure within your allocated time, change your mind, or attend without the correct identification, consent or chaperone where required. There are no excuses or exceptions to this policy. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you do not attend or we are unable to proceed because of lateness or a change of mind, that appointment cannot usually be filled at short notice. No guests, friends or onlookers are permitted in the piercing room. If the person being pierced is underage, one parent, legal guardian or appropriate chaperone may accompany them where required. Parents and chaperones must remain by the doorway while our piercer carries out the procedure. Please do not stand over the client, interrupt the piercer, reposition the client, touch equipment or attempt to direct how the piercing is carried out. Our piercer needs clear access, concentration and full control of the treatment area at all times. If a parent, chaperone or guest interferes with the procedure, they will be asked to leave the piercing room. Photography and video recording are not permitted while inside the piercing room or while a procedure is taking place. This includes mobile phones, cameras, video calls, livestreaming and recording for social media. These rules are in place to protect client privacy, maintain a clean and controlled treatment environment and allow our piercer to work safely without distraction. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to respect our studio policies and allow our piercer to carry out the procedure professionally and without interference. These rules apply to everyone. No excuses. No exceptions.
